Bookings are non-refundable once the appointment time has been confirmed. To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

To ensure the best results, please avoid applying heavy oils or lotions to your scalp prior to your visit. We recommend a light, non-greasy moisturizer to keep your skin healthy.

Payment & Refunds
Full payment is required at the time of service. Unfortunately, no refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
